Using the CV template customization service, you will be able to export your employee data in different formats, fast and easily.

How does it work?

1. Send us the CV how you'd like it to be

If you want a new template, or if you want us to create a new version of an existing one, you have to send us an email to, attaching a CV exactly in the final format you'd like it to be.

Insert test data in the example CV, so we can realize exactly where you want your data and how you'd like it to be formatted.

Allowed formats are: MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel, and other open document formats, ODT, ODS and ODP.

2. Quote and acceptance

Depending on your new template complexity, we'll send you a quote, including the paying link. If you accept, we'll begin working on it.

3. Template generation and testing

From the example CV you sent us, we'll create a new template and send you a test exportation document, so you can check the result meet your needs.

4. Template publishing

If you accept the result, you'll see your new template in CuViBox to make CV exportations. The template will be initially inactive, so you cand decide the moment you want to publish it to all your enterprise, as well as associate it to a specific office, if you want.

If you don't like the result, or if, due to technical reasons, we can't generate the template you need, we won't bill you.

This service cost depends on the template complexity and the formats you want to process. You can get this as orientative prices:
