You can customize the email templates used in many communications with your company employees and applicants.
With administrator role, simply access to the menu “Account > Email templates” and select the template you want to edit.
Realize, CuViBox is an internationalized application, so you can define this messages in any available language. You can change the current language clicking on the flag.
You can edit the subject and content of the email notifications en every language. Every notification has some “data fields”, you can insert at any point of the email content. They will be merged before sending.
You can make changes and send a preview to your own email, so you see how it looks before saving.
