Every time an employee uploads a certificate to his profile, he can pick one of the existing certification types, or create a new one.
Certificate types can be maintained by users with the “manager” role. They can create new certificacion types or modify their name to standardize it.
Unify certificate types
Different certification types can be unified into one of them. This way, you can standardize existing certification types to have a better data quality and make CV search easier. Simply, press the “Unify” button for the target certificate type and choose the ones you one to unify.
